What is DEL REY SkillBridge Assist?
A service to assist businesses in navigating, creating, and initiating their own, independent SkillBridge program:

Navigate – The evolving requirements for DoD SkillBridge Providers
Create – Applications, Job Descriptions, Training Programs, and other necessary forms to become a SkillBridge Provider and set up one SkillBridge training program
Initiate – One SkillBridge training program with all necessary tools in place to meet DOD compliance requirements

Additional Service: Support throughout the SkillBridge training that includes all career advancement training sessions that either the business or DEL REY delivers.
